Its three converging spirals create a hypnotic sense of movement, ideal for contrasting fine powders (cocoa, spices or matcha) or thin fruit gels and mirror sauces applied with a spatula.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
