User manual

1. Silicone Products (Moulds, Stamps, Tuile Mats)

Use:

  • Versatility: Ideal for baking, freezing, chocolate work and fondant. Temperature range: -40°C to +200°C.

  • Unmoulding: Allow to cool completely before unmoulding. Thanks to the flexibility of silicone, gentle pressure is enough.

  • Greasing: Lightly grease before first use when working with very sticky preparations.

Do not:

  • Never place directly against an open flame or electric hob.

  • Do not use sharp objects (knives or craft knives) directly inside the mould.

  • Do not use the oven's grill setting or exceed +200°C.

Cleaning:

  • Wash in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher.

  • Dry thoroughly to prevent limescale marks.

2. Thermoformed Moulds and Stencils (PETG)

Use:

  • Use: Specially designed for chocolate, soap moulding or chilled preparations.

  • Finish: Gives your chocolate creations exceptional shine once crystallised.

Do not:

  • ⚠️ DO NOT PUT IN THE OVEN. PETG deforms at high temperatures.

  • Maximum temperature: Do not exceed 60°C.

  • Do not use in the microwave.

Cleaning:

  • Hand-wash only with lukewarm (not hot) water and mild soap.

  • Use a non-abrasive sponge to avoid fine scratches that could dull future mouldings.

3. Cookie Cutters (PETG)

Use:

  • Cutting: Perfect for cookie dough, fondant or marzipan.

  • Tip: Lightly flour the cookie cutter before cutting to release fine details cleanly.

Do not:

  • ⚠️ DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER. The heat of the wash cycle will permanently deform the cookie cutter.

  • Keep away from heat sources (prolonged direct sunlight, ovens and boiling water).

Cleaning:

  • Hand-wash in cold or lukewarm soapy water.

  • Use a small, soft brush if needed to clean intricate details.

📦 Storage Advice (For All Products)

  • Flat storage: Store moulds, mats and stencils flat (or stacked without excessive weight) to prevent permanent warping.

  • Dust-free storage: As silicone tends to attract fine dust, store products in a sealed bag or airtight container once dry.

  • Avoid sunlight: Prevent prolonged exposure to UV rays (for example, behind a window) to preserve silicone flexibility and PETG rigidity.

🥗 Food Safety & Compliance

  • Certified food-safe: All our silicone and PETG products are BPA-free and comply with current European food-contact standards.

  • First use: Although our products are stored under strict hygiene conditions, we recommend washing them before using them for the first time.
