Its continuous pattern of interlocking perpendicular lines creates a perfectly balanced backdrop using fine powders (cocoa, matcha, icing sugar or spices) or delicate textures applied with a spatula or airbrush.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
