The Intricate Snowflake plating stencil is the perfect tool for decorating the centre of your plates with the precise geometry of an ice crystal. Its dozens of tiny geometric cut-outs produce an exceptionally delicate pattern using icing sugar, cocoa or thin layers of winter fruit gels (chestnut, citrus or spice).

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
