Its circular arrangement of geometric facets creates captivating perspective lines, perfect for finishing dishes with fine powders (cocoa, vegetable charcoal or colourful spices) or thin fruit coulis applied with a spatula.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
