Its intricate combination of sculpted curved petals and delicate radiating dots produces exceptionally fine decoration with contrasting powders (cocoa, matcha or icing sugar), thin coulis or mirror glazes applied with a spatula.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
