Its converging curved lines create a whirlpool effect that beautifully frames dishes with a dusting of cocoa, icing sugar, matcha or spices, or delicate fruit coulis applied with a spatula.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
