Its contrasting parallel lines give a contemporary, urban texture, perfect for finishing dishes with fine powders (cocoa, vegetable charcoal, spices or edible gold powder) or thin mirror glazes applied with a spatula.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
