Karantez Stencil

Add poetry, movement and romance to your table presentations! The Flying Hearts plating stencil is specially designed to follow the natural curve of a plate's rim or centre. Its asymmetrical trail of hearts and gradually smaller bubbles creates a delicate flourish using fine powders (cocoa, icing sugar or freeze-dried red berry powder) or preparations sprayed with an airbrush.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
