Bring harmony and serenity to your creations! The Zen Lotus plating stencil is ideal for structuring the centre of plates with perfect symmetry. Its broad, rounded petals and fine dotted details create a beautifully clean design with contrasting powders (cocoa, matcha or icing sugar), or thin fruit gels and coulis.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
