The Heart Rosette plating stencil is ideal for decorating the centre of plates at special romantic celebrations (Valentine's Day, weddings or Mother's Day). Its concentric arrangement of interlocking little hearts creates a wonderfully delicate pattern using fine powders (cocoa, icing sugar or freeze-dried raspberry powder) or thin red fruit coulis.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
