Bring movement, grace and contemporary floral elegance to your plating! The Sweeping Flower stencil creates a fluid visual structure at the centre of a plate. Its pointed, curved petals produce a dynamic optical effect, ideal for fine powders (cocoa, icing sugar or coloured spices), fruit coulis and glossy sauce reductions.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
