The Dotted Rays plating stencil is perfect for creating an impression of movement and radiating light at the centre of your plates. Its ring of progressively smaller micro-perforations produces an incredibly delicate constellation effect using fine powders (cocoa, icing sugar, edible gold powder or coffee) or preparations sprayed with an airbrush.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.
