Awen Stencil

Give your culinary presentations rhythm, perspective and modern architectural structure! The Geometric Frieze plating stencil adds striking lines to your plates. Its diagonal arrangement creates a unique graphic pattern, ideal for accompanying dishes with fine powders (cocoa, matcha, dried herbs or spices) or thin fruit gels and mirror glazes applied with a spatula.

Its upper tab lets you position and remove the stencil with a steady hand, preserving the precision of your plating just before service.

Features and commitments:

• Original design: A geometric frieze design bringing character, depth and rhythm to the plate.

• Swiss Made: Entirely designed and made in Switzerland in our workshop.

• Premium material (PETG): Made from premium food-safe PETG. Its slim profile lies perfectly flat against the plate to prevent bleeding. Extremely durable yet flexible, it withstands repeated washing in hot water and intensive kitchen use without warping. (Not dishwasher-safe.)
